International Game Technology (IGT) has announced that its PlayDigital organisation has won two awards at the 2021 SBC Awards North America.

FanDuel Group and The Cordish Companies opened a FanDuel Sportsbook inside Sports & Social Maryland at Live! Casino & Hotel in the Baltimore/Washington corridor, signifying the first FanDuel sportsbook in the state.

Ohio lawmakers have reached an agreement that will legalise sports betting for those 21 and older. House Bill 29, which was passed by the Ohio House of Representatives and Senate on December 8 and is expected to be signed into law by Governor DeWine in the coming days, will allow licensed gaming operations to begin accepting wagers as soon as 1 April 2022.

Mr. Taylor also will be appointed to the Board of Directors. All appointments will be effective 1 April 2022.

Aspire Global has signed an agreement to acquire 25% of bingo supplier END 2 END for USD 1.75 million in cash with an option to acquire all of the shares in three- or five-years time.

Bragg Gaming Group has announced that it has received all required regulatory approvals to complete its acquisition of Spin Games LLC (Spin Games), which it now expects to occur in early 2022.
