Latest News
SW Nordic Limited, a subsidiary of Betsson AB, has signed an agreement to acquire Inkabet’s B2C online gambling business, a rapidly growing sportsbook and casino targeting the western region of South America.
Microgaming has released its latest online slot game “Game of Thrones Power Stacks”. The game is developed by Slingshot Studios. This five-reel, 40 payline game introduces Power Stacks, a thrilling feature available in both the base game and free spins.
BetMakers Technology Group has announced that a landmark Bill to “authorise fixed odds wagering on horse races through fixed odds wagering system” (Fixed Odds Bill), which was passed unanimously in both the Senate and General Assembly in New Jersey on 21 June 2021, has now been signed by the Governor of New Jersey to become law.
Legislation to license and tax sports betting in North Carolina cleared another state Senate committee last week. The proposal has drawn support from many Democrats and Republicans, overcoming concerns from others that the measure will increase the number of residents addicted to gambling. The bill has to clear two more Senate panels before heading to the floor for a full vote.
BlueBet’s wholly-owned subsidiary BlueBet Arizona LLC has entered into an exclusive agreement with the Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) and BlueWater Resort & Casino, a wholly-owned instrumentality of the CRIT to pursue online sports betting market access in Arizona.
The New York Gaming Commission has revealed the names of applicants who applied for mobile sports betting licences. Applicants include operator Bet365, supplier Kambi, theScore Bet and other companies that have partnered with the firms.

Technology company AutoLotto (Lottery.com) has announced that Coinstar, a global leader in self-service coin counting, is joining Lottery.com’s affiliate programme.
DarkZero, the Las Vegas-based esports organisation, has entered into a partnership with Resorts World Las Vegas, the Strip’s first integrated and most tech-forward resort.
BetMGM has entered into a partnership with Gila River Hotels & Casinos and the Arizona Cardinals for retail and online sports betting, establishing its first relationships in the state of Arizona.
Spin Games, a North American leader in Remote Gaming Server technology and interactive content, has entered into a content licensing agreement with Rising Digital to deploy their popular slot machine game content to current and future customers in North America.
New Appointments
FansUnite Entertainment has appointed Michael Lee as Vice President of Gaming. Prior to joining FansUnite, Lee served as CEO of Genesis Gaming, where he oversaw the company’s global business operations.
Mobile sports betting app WynnBET has appointed 15-time Professional Basketball All-Star, media personality and entrepreneur Shaquille O’Neal as its brand ambassador.
Financial Results
Las Vegas-based Golden Entertainment has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2021. The Company reported revenue of $292.5 million in the second quarter of 2021 compared to $76.0 million in Q2 2020.
Century Casinos has announced its financial results for the three and six months ended 30 June 2021. Net operating revenue was $92.2 million, an increase of 155% from the three months ended 30 June 2020.
