UK Gambling Commission Launches Public Awareness Campaign on Gambling Controls, Rights and Safeguards
The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has launched its latest public campaign promoting “9 ways to keep yourself safe when gambling.”
The campaign focuses on raising public awareness of safer gambling control tools, facilities and support groups such as GambleAware and GamCare. Also, the UKGC seeks to provide better all-round guidance on how consumers can monitor their activity with licensed incumbents – “maintaining consumer spend at a manageable level.”
Raising public awareness, the UKGC reminds audiences to undertake “reality checks” as to why they are gambling – “to escape debt or as a way to make quick money? Think carefully about your motivations to gamble.”
The UKGC also reminds audiences of their rights to ask for a “timeout from gambling” for a set period of up to six weeks.
Vulnerable consumers are reminded that all licensed operators must offer access to the GAMSTOP self-exclusion scheme, which enforces a “longer break from gambling” for a minimum period of six months.
The campaign sees the UKGC continue to expand its initiatives on raising public awareness of consumer rights and responsibilities when gambling.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has been named a New Jersey Top Workplace for 2026, marking the third consecutive year the casino resort has earned the coveted designation. For 2026, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City came in number 13 on the list of New Jersey companies with 500 or more team members. Hard Rock was the only Atlantic City casino to make the list of 125 New Jersey Top Workplaces for 2026.
New Jersey Top Workplace designations are based on anonymous team member surveys conducted by Energage, an independent human resources technology and research firm. More than 1000 team members at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City participated in the survey program.

Eighth Anniversary Celebration
Hard Rock Atlantic City will kick off its Eighth Anniversary Celebration with North Beach’s Annual Fireworks Display on Friday, June 26, at 9 p.m. The free event will be open to the public and will feature several viewing locations throughout the north end of the Boardwalk. James Taylor and his All-Star Band will perform at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena on Saturday, June 27. In addition, the casino resort will debut its highly anticipated new dining concept, Sitar, an upscale Indian restaurant blending modern sophistication with deep cultural roots, plus live music and views of the Boardwalk.

EveryMatrix extends Betsson Group partnership with Fantasma Games launch
EveryMatrix has extended its partnership with Betsson Group, giving the global operator’s brands access to its full content library across a range of licensed markets.
The first phase of the new agreement sees Betsson Group launch exclusive in-house content from Fantasma Games, following the successful integration with EveryMatrix’s platform.
Ahead of the second phase of the partnership, EveryMatrix and Betsson Group are reviewing several high-performing third-party studios, with the aim of further strengthening the operator’s casino offering across additional licensed markets.
The agreement builds on EveryMatrix’s recent go-live with Betsson Africa in Cameroon, where the technology provider delivered a full turnkey casino and sports integration, including front-end development, player account management, payments and affiliate management.
EveryMatrix Casino has the world’s largest casino aggregation platform, offering more than 45,000 games from 180 vendors and 355 game studios.

BGaming signs PlaylogiQ distribution deal to grow Africa reach
PlaylogiQ will roll out BGaming’s 250+ game catalogue to operators in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa and Ghana, plus other emerging markets.
BGaming has partnered with African platform provider PlaylogiQ to distribute its iGaming content across the continent via PlaylogiQ’s casino and sportsbook platforms.
Under the deal, PlaylogiQ clients will get access to BGaming’s full portfolio of more than 250 titles, spanning the supplier’s #Casual, #Entertainment, and #Classic ranges. The companies said the rollout will include games such as Burning Chilli X, Fruit Million, and Aviamasters
.
PlaylogiQ provides white-label and turnkey platform solutions for sportsbook and casino operators. The company said it serves operators in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana, and also works in emerging markets in Latin America and beyond.
