A NEW LEVEL OF GAMING PARTNERSHIPS: SPORTFIVE AND UBISOFT PRESENT FIRST IN-GAME INTEGRATION OF WATCHES IN FAR CRY® 6
Ubisoft’s Far Cry® 6 paves the way for a new level of contemporary gaming partnerships with the help of international sport business agency SPORTFIVE. Via the genuine in-game integration of a branded Hamilton watch in Far Cry® 6, watch enthusiasts and players will enjoy this collaboration as an impactful addition to the actual gaming experience as well as to the background story of the game. Far Cry® 6 will be released on all platforms on October 7th 2021.
Developed and published by Ubisoft, Far Cry® 6 is a first person-shooter video game set in the fictional tropical island of Yara, ruled by the ruthless dictator Antón Castillo. As the main character Dani Rojas, players fight to free the nation from Castillo’s rule. The bespoke in-game timepiece, the Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium Automatic, will be given to players as a reward after the completion of one of the first missions in the game. The watch will be available as selectable wrist gear, and will be a useful benefit for the players as they fight for Yara’s freedom. With the release of the game, players will have the opportunity to acquire the actual limited edition of the Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium Automatic in real life too.
